Our website utilizes the very latest technologies in consumer
safety, including a fully encrypted on-line shopping cart provided by Yahoo!

When you're ready to check out you will be prompted to enter
your credit card information and your billing and shipping addresses

We Confirm All Orders
Whether you place your order online or offline,
you will receive a written or verbal confirmation of your purchase and
a follow up notification with the tracking information when your order has
been shipped.
Methods of Payment
We accept all major credit cards (both online and off),
including, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card.
We also accept personal checks, business checks, money orders and
cashiers checks. If you prefer to pay by 'check', please send
your payment to the address listed above.
PayPal
Online purchasers also have the option of using PayPal
to pay for purchases. We're currently in the process of
configuring our website to seamlessly interface with PayPal.
Until this feature is fully automated, please contact us to
request a PayPal generated invoice.
Shipping Fees & Info
*For a limited time, we're offering
FREE SHIPPING (in the continental
US), on select, single item copper sink and accessory
purchases!
Please review the individual product details to see if the item you
have selected
qualifies for free shipping.
Shipping fees and estimated shipping times for all domestic
purchases are provided for most products and can be found on
individual product description pages. In general, most items
are shipped immediately, others are shipped within 3 to 4 weeks
(larger items between 6 to 8 weeks).
Shipping and handling fees to Alaska, Hawaii and all
International locations will differ from those listed and will be quoted
separately. Please send an

The majority of our products are shipped, fully insured, via DHL
Express and typically arrive at your home (depending on location),
within 2 to 7 business days of shipping.
Larger, heavier items (and most international shipments), are
shipped via Freight and can take anywhere from 5 to 14 business
days, or longer, to arrive. Please take these transport times
into account when placing your order.
Rush Orders
If you have an immediate need and must have an item shipped
more quickly than normal, we will do our best to accommodate you. Please
call us at 1.800.679.5626 to discuss your needs.
Import Fees
Although made in Mexico, we import all of our products to our New Mexico location
where they are warehoused and then shipped to your home. All orders shipped to US
destinations will NOT incur any additional costs for import duties
and/or customs fees.
Canadian shipments are covered by the North American Fair Trade
Agreement (NAFTA), and are typically not subject to import taxes.
All other international shipments may be subject to import duties,
customs fees, VAT
and/or other taxes levied by your specific country.
All international purchasers are responsible for payment
of all import duties, customs fees, VAT and/or taxes imposed by their respective
country. Please check with the appropriate authorities
regarding the likelihood and amount of any import related fees, prior to placing your order.
Store Policies
Return | Restock Policy
Your satisfaction with our product
line is not enough... we want you to be completely thrilled
with your purchase!!
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with the
quality of the product, simply return it in its original condition
and packaging and we will refund your money... no questions
asked!
We certainly hope you will never
need to return a product, but in the unlikely event that you do, following is
our current return and restock policy:
For a full refund, please return the product within 14 days of
confirmed receipt. All copper and ornamental iron products
returned after 14 days, will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Natural Stone Products:
Stone products must be returned within 14 days of confirmed
receipt and are subject to a 50% restock fee.
*NOTE: All natural stone
farm sinks, natural stone bathtubs and natural stone tile sales
are final. Please complete all due diligence prior to
ordering.
Custom Orders:
With the exception of copper and natural stone bathtubs, custom orders will be refunded on a case by case basis
only. Please inquire when
placing your order.
If you do need to return an item,
please contact us at 1.800.679.5626 or send an email to
returns@treasuresdeoldmexico.com to request a return merchandise
authorization. Once the returned item is received, we will refund your money
or credit your account (less shipping and restock fees), within 15
to 30 days of receipt of the item.
*Although we do have a 'no
questions asked' return policy, it would be greatly appreciated
if you would volunteer an explanation for your return. We are
constantly striving to improve our product line and your feedback
would greatly assist us in better serving you and other customers in
the future.

and have properly

way... at any time... simply return it and we will
repair or replace the item at no cost to you and we'll even credit
your return shipping costs!
*Treasures D' Old Mexico shall not be liable for
any costs of removal or re-installation
Warranty
We warrant our copper,
stone and ornamental iron kitchen sinks, bathroom sinks, vessel sinks,
bath tubs and accessories to be free of
defects in material and workmanship.
We
warrant the
patina finish on all copper items against fading or rubbing off as long as the item is
properly maintained and cared for.
(Note: Since oxidation is a natural process, items completed
with a 'natural' finish are not
covered by this warranty).
*Please keep in mind
that you are purchasing a hand made item that is fashioned from all natural
materials. Minor imperfections,
natural anomalies and small variations in size
are inherent to these materials and processes. Please take a few moments to read
about the nature of hand-crafting
prior to making your final purchase.
Quality Control Policy
We have very high standards and an unwavering
commitment to quality. All items are carefully inspected prior
to shipping and if a product doesn't meet our quality
standards... it simply does not get shipped!
Custom Orders
We are the manufacturer of all the copper and stone kitchen sinks, bathroom sinks and
bath tubs found on our website.
As you view our collection, please keep in mind that most of our copper or stone
kitchen sinks,
bathroom sinks, vessel
sinks and bath tubs can be customized to meet your exact specifications.
If you prefer a different size, shape,
color... have a specific need... or, have seen an item that you
would like to have created in copper or stone, we can, in most
instances, produce it for you!

Sales Tax
Sales tax will only be assessed on orders that are shipped within the state
of New Mexico. Please add a 6.8750% tax to the total amount of your order - (product
plus shipping fee). All other states and countries are
exempt from sales tax.
